I was working with Zotero Plugin for Microsoft Word and had worked on the documents. When I open Zotero, No Library is visible. What is the file name and path of local library that I need to reconnect to Zotero for my work?

You could find the default location for zotero at https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data, where zotero.sqlite locates.
