Words 2019 Plugin not appearing

I've installed microsoft 2019 and wanted to use zotero however, I can't install the plugin in words. Previously i was using words 2016, it was workign fine until suddenly today the plugin went missing from the tool bar. Please help as I was in the midst of completing correction of my thesis
