Adding Zotero buttons to the Word Quick Access Toolbar

Hi everyone, I have been trying to add a couple of Zotero commands to the Quick Access Toolbar in Word (Mac). I clicked the three dots in the top left of the screen where the toolbar is and selected More Commands, then picked Zotero from the list of command categories, added a couple to the list then clicked Save but they don't show up. Then when I go back and try it again they haven't been added. Do I need to reinstall the plug-in? Thanks!

This seems to be a Word bug. You can add Zotero commands to the Quick Access toolbar from the Macros subsection.
