Error - A sync operation is already in progress.

Hello,

I am having problems with the synchronisation of my files. It's been synchronizing for days but it doesn't ever finish. I tried to Reset but this message appeared "Error A sync operation is already in progress. Please wait until it has finished and try again.".
As said, it doesn't ever finish, it's been a week.
I have tried reinstalling Zotero, unlinking and relinking my account...

Any ideas of what could I do?
