Need contact info at Zotero!

I was hoping someone could help provide me with contact information for someone at Zotero. We have been trying to renew our subscription for weeks (we are a government agency so have to get paperwork filled out, etc. which means we can't just complete it online) and have not received a response. We've been emailing Faolan's direct email, and then on Monday night emailed storage@zotero.org, but still nothing. Any tips? I'm not sure if Faolan is still at Zotero or not. Thank you!

I am. I've responded via email. Generally storage@ is the place to contact, but sometimes things slip through the cracks. Sorry about that.
