When I convert a linked files over 50Mb, it often doesn't end by deleting the referenced files.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Zotero.
2. Select a referenced files
3. Tools > Manage Attachments > Convert Linked Files to Stored Files
4. Click on something else right after

My referenced files are on a distant server. Files are converted but reference still remains. Sometimes reference is linked to a deleted files, sometimes the copy still exists.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you explain exactly what's happening and provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an operation that you're having trouble with?

You should also temporarily disable any third-party plugins while debugging this.
