In a new document zotero works fine -- but even erasing all existing pages in a copy my existing document I get the error that Zotero is experiencing an error while updating.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for triggering this, and also email the empty document that reproduces the problem to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
