Zotero with Office 365?

Given the importation problems arising from using Word’s own bibliography tool, I started using Zotero. But I am deceived since I experience continuous issues with it. Which origin I cannot identify since they randomly appear and disappear. Some days, all works perfectly. Other days, it becomes impossible for Word to connect to Zotero, so that I must manually introduce my citations. The only trustworthy way to use Zotero has become to export my bibliography to JabRef, then to Word, and citate from the program.
Am I the only one experiencing this?

You'd have to say more (https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems )-- generally speaking, Zotero works very reliably in Word for tens of thousands of users.
