zotero plugin disappeared in word 365

I am using word 365 and zotero tab is disappeared from ms-word. I tried
https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_toolbar_doesn_t_appear , this way and also reinstalled but unable to bring it back
