I lost my online library

Hello, my online library is now empty. I tried to "reset" it by uploading my local library but the library wouldn't synch, here is the error:

I have just found that my online library is also empty which is a worry!! (it wasn't empty yesterday).

Also, when I try to sync Zotero I get the error "empty response from server" (error code 1947912523)

I also am getting the message "Empty response from server." next to the green turn arrow is a red circle with exclamation. And when I checked my online library, it says it is empty.
