Unable to sync the files

Unable to sync the files to the system via the local computer and please check and revert to me what I do it in the next move. Thanks.

  • Group with libraryID 1 does not exist
    1) Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that produces this error?

    2) After providing that, restarting Zotero will likely fix this.

    Sorry that I cannot provide a Debug ID on the ground that I try to delete all the files in web library. No Debug ID is available now.

    As a result of this, the files in my local computer is also overwritten by way of synchronisation. In this connection, can you tell me whether I can recover the files deleted in web library now? The backup files in local computer is not updated and related to last week.

  • If you deleted the files and emptied the trash and you don't have a backup or an unsynced computer, you can't restore them, no.

    You may be able to restore your data only using one of the automatic backups.
