top portion of search results is blank (white space)

When I do simple searches in the main window I occasionally find the top bit of the search is blank. At first I thought it was just that all of the results were shifted (and thus all visible), but further testing revealed that there were missing results and I was only seeing the last portion of the results. Toggling sort order would bring up new results in the bottom visible portion and hide other ones in the top blank (white space) portion. I haven't quite worked out how to clear/refresh the system so that I can see all of the results, but eventually things do go back to normal. Anecdotally this seems to happen when a book section entry is mixed in with the rest of my results which are pretty much all journal articles.

It took a while to get the problem to come up again. I had actually created a fake example that I was about to post just to give a rough idea. The new link shows a real example. V2 (initial result), V3 (sorting by year - I think), V4 (search without quotes). Note, I have seen this problem without quotes as well (I think).

Can you provide a Report ID?

If you're running any third-party plugins, you should try temporarily disabling them. I don't think we've ever seen this before.

No plugins. It happens pretty rarely so it doesn't bother me that much but I figured I'd mention it.
