Replace repeated authors in bibliography with em-dash

edited September 17, 2022
I have these two references in my bibliography:

Nisbet, I. C. T., Veit, R. R., Auer, S. A. & White, T. P. 2013. The Marine Birds of the Eastern United States and the Bay of Fundy: Distributions, Numbers, Trends, Threats, and Management. Nuttall Ornithological Club, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

Nisbet, I. C. T., Arnold, J. M., Oswald, S. A., Pyle, P. & Patten, M. A. 2020. Common Tern (Sterna hirundo). In: Billerman, S. M. (ed.), Birds of the World. Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Ithaca, NY, USA. DOI: 10.2173/bow.comter.01. https://doi.org/10.2173/bow.comter.01.

Because Nisbet, I. C. T. is repeated, I need it to be replaced with an em-dash. So bibliography should be this:

Nisbet, I.

—, Arnold, J. M., Oswald, S. A., Pyle, P. & Patten, M. A. 2020. Common Tern (Sterna hirundo). In: Billerman, S. M. (ed.), Birds of the World. Cornell Lab of Ornithology, Ithaca, NY, USA. DOI: 10.2173/bow.comter.01. https://doi.org/10.2173/bow.comter.01.

This part of my csl file controlling it is this:

bibliography and="symbol" delimiter-precedes-et-al="never" delimiter-precedes-last="never" et-al-min="300" et-al-use-first="1" et-al-subsequent-min="300" et-al-subsequent-use-first="1" subsequent-author-substitute="—" entry-spacing="0" hanging-indent="true"

What code do I need to change in csl file?
