Wall St. Journal and New York Times Zotero saves not passing meta info

I have saved multiple items in recent weeks from the Wall St. Journal and New York Times iOS apps, as well as from Safari in macOS and the meta info (author, publication, date, etc.) don't get saved correctly. The items are saved as web pages rather than newspaper articles.

macOS Safari gives the following error message:

"An error occurred saving with Wall Street Journal. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead."

Using such references requires manual cleanup.
