Upgrade StorageConflict resolution window is too big and unresizable

I mentioned this in another thread, but it probably deserves its own so that it can hopefully get some attention.
My problem is the "Conflict Resolution" window. It pops up quite frequently because of a sync bug I'm experiencing, and when it does, I can't use it because it's too big.
On a 1024 x 768 desktop, the bottom portion of the conflict resolution window is hidden behind the task bar, and there's no way to resize it. Here's a screenshot:

Surely this is an easy thing to fix. Unless I'm missing something?
