What DOI are you entering? And can you provide a Debug ID that actually covers the import attempt? Yours is empty.

My problem is not related to this DOI. In most DOIs, I can't do the import operation.

You have a custom translator from 2017 installed that won't work in current versions of Zotero, and quite possibly other broken things in your translators folder.

Go to the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences and Reset Translators.

No, we can only support official translators. Someone could update it and submit it on GitHub, but we don't have anything to do with it otherwise (and I doubt we'd be able to maintain it ourselves given the language).
