Zotero 5.0: Pdf is not opening

We have installed Zotero 5.0 on my machine. Some pdfs are not downloading after syncing with server.

    I'm not sure why you're opening a new thread while we're still discussing your previous issue, but we only support Zotero 6.

    I have tried out the new database created by Zotero 5.0 on a local machine. The server has a Zotero 4 database. The syncing is working fine from the server to the local machine. Only some PDFs are not opening.

    Please let me know if it is not the right way to migrate. I will follow a previous post.

    I have no idea what you're talking about here. What "server"? What "syncing"?

    We will provide support for a regular desktop installation of Zotero 6. Anything else, you're on your own.
