Synch problem on Ubuntu 20.04.5 but not on Windows 10

I just installed Zotero stand alone on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS Focal Fossa, the internet speed is low, however, the synch was working for a couple of days as I have large data size, but today it keeps saying Request Time Error and I generated a report (2044911583). Noting that, there is no problem on my Windows 10 system.

Please, advise.

That really sounds like a network connection problem, but if you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails we can take a look.
