Unable to login/sync Zotero desktop after transfer to another computer
Recently, I installed Zotero standalone app to a new system and transferred to it the whole Zotero data library (following the process as described in https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/transferring_a_library). This shares the data between around 3 systems through Google Drive. I followed this process without any problem in login or syncing before. But this time I am unable to login and sync the data. All the systems cannot login/sync anymore although I can still use Zotero and add data to my library. It shows the following message

Just another query, I have additional files zotero.sqlite.1.bak and zotero.sqlite.111.bak apart from zotero.sqlite and zotero.sqlite.bak in zotero folder. Is it useful or is it safe to delete them?
