Sync problem with WebDAV

Hello all.
I'd been using Zotero with PCloud WebDAV but they decided to shut WebDAV for free tier users. Due to this fact, I decided to move Yandex WebDAV. I created an app password, and I set everything up (I verified the server, and I selected sync my attachments in my library using webdav option). However, I can't enforce Zotero to sync with Yandex Webdav. It keeps syncing with Zotero.org. How can I make the program to use Yandex WebDAV instead of Zotero sync?

    If you set it to use WebDAV it will use WebDAV.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that shows what you're referring to?
  • i set it to use webdav but it doesn't use webdav.

    That's doing a WebDAV file sync. I'm not sure why you think otherwise.

    sorry for being hasty. it says on the right top corner syncing with Zotero.org
  • Because data syncing always syncs with Zotero servers. The file sync setting is for file syncing.

  • the sync process never ends. i don't have many attachments but for it's been syncing 10 days. it still says "syncing". i can't see the files on my other devices.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through 10 minutes of syncing, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

  • Your WebDAV server returned an HTTP 0 error for a PUT request.
    It's a problem with your network connection or the WebDAV server. Your requests are timing out or getting disconnected. This isn't a problem in Zotero itself.
  • i set up yandex, when i click on verify server, it says "sync set up successfully". i sent an email to yandex and they sent me the settings for webdav. yet it's not working. I'm connecting to internet with eduroam of my university. i tried with the hotspot connection of my phone yet it doesn't work. there should be something wrong with either yandex webdav or mac app.
  • I'm afraid there's nothing else we can tell you. If you're getting HTTP 0 errors, your connection to the server is being disconnected.
