Zotero report updating error when add citations in WPS office

My report ID is 464441377, I have tried most steps in the troubleshooting document and reinstalled the extension in Zotero, all failed. I use WPS office to writte, all document opened by it will report the same bug when adding citations. Word office can operate normally.
