Upgrade StoragePlugin for Word won't work
We have just installed Zotero on a computer and the word plugin won't work. We have tried following the instructions from https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation
The folder with the word plugin continues to be empty after our tries. In the instructions is says: 'but your security software may delete the downloaded file as well, and you'll need to configure it not to do so.' and we think this might be the problem, but we don't know what or how to configure it not to delete the file. Anyone have a fix for this?

dstillmanThat would be a question for your IT administrator. Something could also just be hiding the Zotero.dotm file from you, but it's absolutely included in that location in a Zotero installation, and the instructions also include a download link that you can use to install it manually. Not much more we can say than that.
