can't add zotero add citation button to quick access toolbar in word 16.64 macos

Hi, as described in the title, can't add the zotero "add citation" button to the quick access toolbar in word 16.64 for macos. I click save but nothing happens. Can add other buttons as usual. Any ideas on how to fix this highly appreciated!
