Can't drag entries into some folders sometimes

Sometimes when I drag items into a collection the collection can't be selected/highlighted. It happens to some folders more than others, but not consistently: sometimes a folder will work fine; other times it won't.

When you try to drag an item to a collection that it's already in, it won't do anything so the collection won't be highlighted.
