Can pictures be rotated？

Some pictures or tables in the article are displayed vertically，it is not easy to read，So i'm wondering how can I rotate the picture after selecting the area(screenshot)when adding the note.

Is this function available now or in the future？

It's not possible to rotate image annotations, but you can rotate entire PDF pages from the left sidebar.
