Yellow Toolbar in Microsoft Word

I have installed zotero, the connector, word add in and have a free zotero account. When I go into Word and Press the Add Citation button, a yellow zotero rectangular box pops up, and anything i type does not display any of my resources. I know it should be a red rectangle and it populates as you type. Any ideas as to what would have caused this yellow rectangle entry box instead of the standard red??

You're not clicking Add/Edit Citation. You're clicking Add Note.
