Can I star/flag/highlight items?

I am doing a systematic review and want to select items for inclusion based on their title and abstract. It would be nice if I could use a single click or keyboard shortcut to select items in the "longlist", then drag them all to the "shortlist" folder, but I can't see any such way of identifying items. What am I missing?

Cool, thanks. Took me a few min to figure out, so for anyone else trying to do the same:
1. Create a new tag by assigning it to one item (in the Tags tab on the top-right when an item is selected).
2. On the bottom-left of the app, find the tag in the list of tags.
3. Right-click on the tag name and assign a colour, and choose a number indicating the order in which the colour tags are displayed.
4. To assign the tag (and therefore colour) to an item, just press the key corresponding to that order when the item is selected (e.g. "2" if it's second).
5. To assign the tag to multiple items, highlight the items and drag them over the tag on the bottom-left.
