import data outside the Zotero application

I am having an issue with Zotero which means I cannot go into, or do anything whilst in the app. I would like to import my data into a different type of referencing software (i.e. Endnote). Is it possible to do this without needing to go into Zotero? If so, how?

Only technically possible -- i.e. Zotero data is stored in an sqlite database which is an open format that you can access with any sqlite software and from there do with it whatever you like, including convert it to any Endnote-compatible format. Realistically, though, that's looking a several hours of coding for a skilled coder.

You're likely better off following up in your other thread and getting Zotero fixed and then decide whether or not you want to export still. (It also sounds like there that you actually have a working library on a different computer which you could just export?)
