Zotero setup

I'm introducing Zotero to our small campus and have noticed a few challenges particularly with Macs and Google docs (also w/Word 360). Haven't been able to ferret out all the details but I have a suspicion if someone is on a Mac and they want to use Zotero with Google Docs ideally they should be using Chrome and not Safari. Does this sound reasonable?

Zotero in Google Docs with Safari works fine from our testing and we don't get any reports from other users about any problems. You would have to be more specific about the issues your users face. If they post here and describe their problems, we'll help them.
