Note template that includes both blockquotes and quotation marks

Hello!

I'm wondering if there is a way to have highlights extracted with both blockquotes and quotation marks, having also the citation and comment on the same paragraph inside the blockquote. I've been trying different codes but the quotation marks never show up.

You just need to use {{highlight quotes='true'}}.
