Nn\o save button in browser toolbar

New Windows 11 PC, running Chrome. Zotero connector installed, but no save button showed in the browser toolbar.

Following advice at https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/no_toolbar_button#chrome I reset Chrome. But still no save button in the toolbar.

FYI, this seems to have solved the problem: "If the extension is installed but not visible, you may need to pin it to your toolbar" (https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues#:~:text=Try uninstalling and reinstalling the,the issue to the forums.).

Not clear what those error messages were about, though.

Don't worry about logged messages — they're for developers, not for you, and they don't necessarily indicate a problem.

And to be clear, this is just basic Chrome behavior for browser extensions. Note that the section in your first link talks about pinning the extension. You didn't need to reset Chrome.
