Question about Google Drive and symlink to sync attachments

Now that Box.net doesn't support WebDav anymore, I'd like to move the storage folder to Google Drive and use a symlink to sync the attachments.
I would like to know if with this solution I could also access the attachments with the Zotero app for iPad.
Can someone confirm this for me? Will I have any problem?

No, only WebDAV and Zotero file storage work with iOS. I don't think that's likely to change
