Upgrade StorageBug: Inserting citations in all caps in Word 2008 causes problems
On Word 2008, I sometimes accidentally press shift+cmd+a instead of ctl+opt+a when I try to insert a citation. This causes the citation to appear in all caps, which is the what I would expect. However, also the citation ID in the field code becomes all caps and whenever I try to do any citation work, Zotero complains that this particular citation was not found.
A seemingly easy fix would be to convert the ID in lower case as the very first thing in the word plugin.
