Zotero Toolbar not connecting to Zotero library in Word

Hi!
The Zotero Toolbar opens up when I am in Word, but nothing happens when I click on Add/Edit Citation. Running the latest version of Zotero. Reinstalled both Word and Zotero and the Word plug-in with no success.
Ideas for me?

I also just realized that I can't import any files into Zotero from my laptop. I keep getting an error message when I try to do that.
