Upgrade StorageWord: buttons for Zotero citing are not working
Title. Every button of Zotero extension for Word is irresponsive.
I've already tried:
1) Reinstalling Word extension through Zotero's "Reinstall Microsoft Word Add-in";
2) Manually reinstalling Word extension by coping Zotero extension from Zotero's folders to Word-autostart folder;
3) Checked if Word's trust center allow extensions.
I'm using Microsoft Office LTSC 2021 and Zotero 6 (with ZotFile extension and syncing off).
May be the office version is an issue?

adomasvenZotero macros are blocked in your installation of Word. Check Macro settings in the Word Security Centre and make sure that the Word Startup folder is a trusted folder and template macros are enabled.

NORA99edited September 2, 2022hello, i have met the same trouble as yours, and i have tried to solve the problem in the way same as yours. Then i have checked the Word Security Centre as adomasven suggested and am sure that the Starup folder is trusted, but my Zotero extension still doesn't work, and there is always a warning "The macro can't be found or has been disabled because of your macro security settings". What can i do?
