Newly added bookmarks do not show Zotero viewer

Hi Zotero community,
bookmarks that were recently added are not showing in the viewer. Have tried reindexing it but nothing.

However the new bookmarks show when I move the file to trash (in Zotero) and add it back. Is there a better way of having newly added bookmarks show?

    @naimil And if you close the PDF tab and reopen it again, the bookmarks still aren't visible?
