feature request: related tag definitions

PNDPermitting

I would love the capability to define related tags that attach when I use a child tag. For example, if I tag something "bowhead whale" or "beluga whale", it is also tagged "cetacean". I would want to be able to curate this list for my own priorities. Can we add that to a wish list?
