Referencing style change not converting styles.

Hi
I'm using 6.0.13 on Mac with Word for Mac. I've had to which referencing styles from Harvard to Nature but Zotero last help about 30% of my references in Harvard and refresh changes nothing.
Any help welcome, thanks.

Thanks - checked and none of these apply. It's converted some to new style and left others in old style - both are references from Zotero and Word fields. Zotero is skipping them.

Those that didn't update, are they active citations?

If not then they got flattened. Only way then is to reinsert the citations, but making sure that they do stay active citations this time round.

Yes they are active. If I reinsert they update but doing a few hundred manually is a real pain. Thanks for your help.

How are you determining that they're active?

If you toggle Word field codes, do you see the underlying Zotero data? If you click Add/Edit Citation, do you see a blue citation bubble in the citation dialog? If you click on the blue bubble, do you see "Open in My Library"?

Thanks, I've toggled all the codes and Add/Edit - Red bordered search bar comes up asking me for citation - no blue bubble.

Every reference is like that including the ones that Zotero converted - it converted some but left others.

Are you actually putting the cursor within the citation before clicking Add/Edit Citation? I'm just asking about the normal citation-editing functionality here. If it's an active citation, you'll be able to edit it. If not, you won't.
