Zotero Annotate Snapshots

From the few features that Zotero lacks is the ability to annotate webpage snapshots. Is there a way to implement that with the PDF annotation tools (but for snapshots)?

At the moment, Zotero cannot open web Snapshots, like it does with PDF files in the PDF Viewer, so cannot annotate them in the same way.

Nice workaround for now with exporting to PDF. Is a webpage annotation feature planned?
