Upgrade StorageTags collections and sub collection
Hi!
I would like to suggest a way of organizing tags similar to the one used for collections. In this way, tags would be like "slipping boxes" where we could drag and drop text selected from the PDFs. This would allow a "horizontal" perspective from a topic/subtopic across several articles.
