Word not pulling in Zotero citations

When I started Zotero I was able to pull in citations. Now, a strange box comes up and does not list my Zotero files to choose from.

    But if I had to guess, you're now seeing the standard, quick format citation dialog, which allows you to search for items across all your Zotero libraries and insert them quickly. If you do want the "classic" dialog, which shows all of your collections, back as the default, you can check that open in the Zotero preferences under Cite
