693089427: APA 7 In-text citation keeps including initials for first/middle name
If I try to add the in text citation using Word Add-on (Windows), it keeps on including the author's first name or middle name initials. However, if I were to manually copy the citation and then paste it in Word, it'll come as it should be - Author, Year.
Manual copy - (Brown et al., 1997)
Word-Zotero Add-on - (T. A. Brown et al., 1997)
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S000579679600068X - this was added using a Firefox extension. This is just an example... it doesn't happen for every citation, but for a few, it keeps on making that error. I have had to correct them numerous times, but then when I click update, it just goes back to what it was before, the incorrect citation.

(And you almost never want to make edits to citations directly in the document. Here, the plugin is just creating correct citations for the style given the data in your database. Other times, you'll want to customize the citation to enter things like page numbers.)
