Zotero only allows me to chose among files and not all sources

Good morning

I have been having an issue for several days : when I had a footnote with Zotero the box is yellow instead of red and only allows me to chose among files and not among all of my sources. I have no idea how to modify this but it is being a major block to finishing my work (I discovered Zotero too late and had to enter every source close to the end...)
It worked fine a few days ago, I think it may have been just before I synchronised with an account.

Those are notes, not files, and it's because you're clicking Add Note instead of Add/Edit Citation.
