I can't install Zotero connector on Firefox Developer Edition

I have tried downloading Zotero connector for Firefox Developer Edition using multiple wi-fi connections. But every time, it gives me the same error. It reads "the add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure." However, using the same connection, I can install Zotero connector for Google Chrome. What's the issue here?

    Likely a problem with your Firefox installation. You can look in the Browser Console for an error.
