Citation style that puts page numbers in the reference list

I'm trying to find a citation style that is similar to IEEE, except page numbers go in the reference list. Similar to how standard inline citations on Wikipedia work.

For example IEEE is like this:

The sky is blue.[1, pp. 3] Clouds are normally white or grey.[1, pp. 6]

References:

[1] John Smith, ‘Sky Colours’, Bob's Publishing House.

But I'd like it be like this or similar to this:

The sky is blue.[1] Clouds are normally white or grey.[2]

References:

[1] John Smith, ‘Sky Colours’, Bob's Publishing House, 2008. Page 3.

[2] Sky Colours, Page 6.

The latter is way neater, but I can't find a citation style that does this. One workaround would be to create separate entries in Zotero for each page, but this seems terribly complicated and I'm sure that there must be an easier way.
