OCR working, but not appearing in Zotero

So it appears I have successfully install the poplar and tesseract OCR plugin. The plugin seems to run correctly, but it isnt loading the new file into Zotero. If I look in the folder with the orginal PDF and New one has been created ending in .ocr.
Any ideas on why they are not appearing?
