On a paid plan, can I share a folder and collaborate with users without paid plans?

Can other users with free membership access my folders and collaborate on projects with me if I have a paid plan? Or will both users be required to have a paid plan if one does?

A subscription provides storage space for groups you own. Other users don't need to have subscriptions to be members — only if they want to store more files in their personal libraries.
