PDFs showing up blank in Zotero reader
Hi,
I have a number of PDFs saved into Zotero that I used to be able to open up and read in Zotero. For some reason, however, now when I open them up in the Zotero reader, they show up completely blank. On the other hand, when I use Acrobat reader to open them, they are normal and I can read and highlight text as usual. Can anyone perhaps help me figure out what is going on here? I'd like to continue using these texts in Zotero itself, for ease of workflow, rather than opening them up separately in Acrobat.

Can you take a screenshot, upload it somewhere (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive), and provide a link here, and also provide a Debug ID for opening one?
To be clear, you're saying you can do right-click → Show File and open the file in Acrobat and they work?
Sorry, I didn't see this earlier! Thank you so much for your help! Yes, I have tried restarting Zoteroa and computer with the same result.

And yes, when I right-click and select Show File, then open it up in Acrobat, everything works and I can see the text.
