Upgrade StorageOffset Annotation citation
When highlights from a pdf are turned into annotations, Zotero will "cite" them. As far as I can tell, it uses the page range from the bibliographic info and just offsets this by the pdf page number.
Many journal articles come with a page in the front about copyright info, abstract, etc. When this page is there, the citations in the annotations are off by a page. One way to fix this is to change the bibliographic page range to have one less. But then all bibliographies will be wrong, so this is not the solution. What is needed is a way to offset the pdf page range to the actual page range of the bibliography so that the annotation notes are correct.
