Upgrade StorageTroubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero | Chrome & Firefox
when using website "web of science" and "goolgle scholar", “Save to Zotero” button is always grey.
reloading the page or restarting the browser doesn't work.
Zotero program is open.
Zotero Connector and the browser are up-to-date.
i tried Chrome and Firefox, Zotero Connector cannot work on both of them (“Save to Zotero” button is always grey).
So what's the problem? How can I solve it? Thank you.
